From partnerships with cultural institutions, to getting our hands dirty with grassroot organizations, giving back is a cornerstone of our brand. Book your Buddy’s Giveback Fundraiser today and let’s raise some dough!
We think of our Buddy’s fans as family and would love to help you raise money for the communities we call home. When you host a Buddy’s Giveback event with us, we’ll donate 20% of sales generated by supporters of your organization back to your cause, whether that’s a school, sports team, non-profit organization, or another worthy initiative. Hosting a Giveback at your neighborhood Buddy’s is easy to arrange and there are multiple ways for your supporters to participate.

Eligible groups include 501c charitable organizations, non-profit schools and community groups. You must provide a W-9 to participate.
Here are some example of our Buddy’s:
K–12 Schools (PTAs/PTOs, STEM Clubs, Senior Prom)
University Groups (Intramural Sports, Greek Life, College Radio)
Youth Sports Teams (Little League, Soccer, etc.)
Libraries and Community Centers
Non-Profits (American Cancer Society, Animal Shelters, United Way)
Food and Sustainable Agriculture Groups (Future Farmers, Community Gardens, 4-H)
Please review list below to make sure you aren’t fundraising for any of the following causes:
Individual causes (scholarships, stipends, personal medical expenses)
For-profit ventures (your startups, businesses)
Religious groups for religious purposes (youth groups or mission trips)
Lobbying or political groups
Individual study, research or travel grants
Anything else Buddy’s decides isn’t a fit
Discrimination Policy
Buddy’s Pizza will not support organizations that discriminate against a person or a group on the basis of age, political affiliation, race, national origin, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, disability, sexual orientation or religious belief.

20% of all food and non-alcoholic beverage sales generated from your event will be donated directly to your organization, excluding tax, gratuity, catering, gift card and retail sales. No coupons, discounts, or other offers valid during events.

Your supporters can participate in your Buddy’s Giveback by doing any of the following:
Presenting your paper flyer or showing a digital copy of your flyer to their server
Mentioning the Giveback to their server when dining-in or placing a call-in order
Showing their server a social media announcement promoting your fundraiser
Ordering online at buddyspizza.com on the designated date and entering the promo code for the Giveback at check out
Your organization receives credit for dine-in, carry-out, and online orders at buddyspizza.com. Not valid for third party delivery partners. Flyers cannot be distributed inside or in the direct vicinity of our restaurants, including the parking lot, before or during the event.

Buddy’s Givebacks can be scheduled every 30 days with at least two weeks’ notice.

A Buddy’s Giveback representative will let you know the total amount of dough raised from your event the day afterwards.
